On Sunday 30th August, Shonenjiku Dojo are hosting a summer Jodo seminar covering ZNKR Jodo under the guidance of Martin Chambers 5th Dan, Kevin McNeill 5th Dan and our dojo leader Hugh Darby 5th Dan. This is a fantastic opportunity to train under U.K. British Kendo Association coaches in the Japanese art of the 4ft staff. The seminar will take place at the Loch Leven Community Campus in Kinross from 12:00-16:00hrs. This is an excellent opportunity for beginners to get to grips with Jodo and take their first steps in learning basic weapon handling and to begin to study the 12 ZNKR kata. Cost are kept as low as possible as always but depend on the support of practitioners to subsidise costs of running events such as this. Compete beginner and experienced Jodoka welcome.
